an intense day of on circuit activity. In the past other companies have offered
days on circuit in road cars but Mortimer Trackdays offers true racing

a car at all times whilst on circuit to further enhance the driving
experience.

A
jewel in the crown for Mortimer Trackdays experience. The company owns a
multicar fleet of exotica, it can offer bespoke days for large and small
companies alike. Something that is not offered in true modern day track
experiences on this scale by any other private company in the UK and in recent
years is how Mortimer Trackdays has earnt its reputation for
quality.
The corporate day became more involved when it could be seen
that many guests on such days were tired of passive roles, where they simply
went to watch a sporting event for instance. Corporate clients now wished a
more hands on and involving approach which allowed guests and employees to
integrate and take more from the day.
These days are completely bespoke
for groups of approximately 3 to 40, although numbers are
negotiable.

Recognising
that speed limits were being lowered for the aid of safety on the road and that
those who breached them were being penalised more severely the ability to drive
thoroughbred road/race cars at speed in a safe and controlled environment
became more apparent.
The company wanted to provide days on circuit for
clients who wished to drive and learn to push their machinery without the fear
of the repercussions of incident or reprimand.
Although many circuits
were now opening to allow road cars on the the hallowed tarmac, Mortimer
Trackdays decided to distinguish the company from all other trackday providers
in the UK by offering a select fleet of some of the most desirable
racing/sports cars ever produced. This difference in the current market place
would offer something that no one else had, an ability to handle and drive
thoroughbred racing cars. The company set about bringing this vision to light
by focusing purely at the prestige end of the market, with the interest for
people to drive cars that previously they were more used to seeing on posters
than having for themselves for the day.
A goal of allowing clients to
experience an inaccessible world of motorsport by letting them drive the racing
versions of the road cars they may have lusted over.

Distinguishing
corporate days involve the hire of the chosen circuit exclusively, which allows
sole use of facilities. Catering is provided at lunch and at the end of the day
to allow the guests to wind down and reflect on the days experience. However a
great day can be turned to a truly memorable one with a few simple
extras.
USE OF PERSONALITIES Days offered by Mortimer
Trackdays involve alot of track time, but inevitable at some points during the
day guests will be waiting for their turn to drive on track. The ability of
have a known personality at the day does add to the interest with a unique and
knowledgeable insight to what the guest is experiencing. We recommend both Tiff
Needell; mortoring journalist, Tim Harvey and Phil Bennet former British
Touring car factory drivers.
CONTINENTAL DAYS Some of the most
popular days run by the company are often abroad. The company has close links
with legendary circuits such as: Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium, Barcelona in
Spain and Estoril in Portugal. Continental events are recommended to be staged
over two days. It allows your guests to relax, take in the unique atmosphere
and the ambiance of the local area. This also gives way to event evenings,
preceding and after the event where clients are taken for dinner in the company
of their mentors.
